I lived at the property in 2004 and I agree that DEDE the manager is iffy. I made complaints about loud music in the parking lot and she did nothing.I was without a working refrigerator for 2 1/2 days. The office personel wouldn't let me talk to a manager. There was too many hang out near the pool area. As well as the well in the back of the apartments. They put notices on the door uncovered so everyone can read your balance due on anything. Rude-

DONT MOVE HERE! This has to be the worst apt I have ever lived in. When i moved in i had no hot water for three weeks.I was given a key and told to go to another unit to bathe with my children. I live in the front of the entrance and they gave me a key to go bathe in the back off the property.I called every day about this problem I have two little girls as well one with asthma. It took an attorney to get the hot water running!. THe loud music in the parking lot, people hanging out in doorways, stairwells sometimes i cant even get up the stairs to get into my apt. Neighboors playing loud music 2hrs a day, roaches from nasty neighbors, drugs being used in common areas, and not to mention someone got shot out here at 8-9pm on a sidewalk about a month ago. This is a dangerous apt complex with all types of riff raff . Maintenance has entered my apt without authorizationand i really dont feel safe in this apt.Theirs always people loitering outside and the language the use is about ias fowl as it comes. My lease is up in a few months and i cant wait to move.
