I have lived here over a year now and think management and staff are awesome! It took some time to clear the riffraft from property, from what it was like before, but now, the neighbors (kids and dogs) are all very nice and friendly! I walk my dog several times a day, and fell very safe. My utility bill is very conservative, $81.00 most months, went to $130.00 one hot summer month. Maintence personal are the best. It only took only a few days for any request I had to get done, on some , the very same day. There are no people "hanging out" in parking lot at night, just the normal teenager stuff after school. As far as roaches, I occationally see a dead one outside my door, mgt has a standing order for pest control, and any Tuesday is available for personal apt, all you need do is ask. you have to see for yourself...you get alot for less than current mkt rate.
