When I first called the office and spoke with Nicole I asked her if they took evicitions and she told me that as long as they were paid off, so I went over there and filled out an application on that saturday and paid a deposit when I called her sunday to check the staus she said that she was running the information, after several emails over and over again 4 days later thay were still running everything and 05/02/07 my GodMother got a call from the office and they told her I was approved and for me to call them so I did and they told me the things that I would have to bring up there, so i was going to move in Saturday on 05/05/2007 and that didn't happen because by friday they said that i was pending WHAT how could they go from approved to pending after all the verbal communications I sent them an email and just told them to give me written communication and after that the MGR still tried to sneak a call in and had no other option but to send an email saying that I was never approved and that if I can prove that I paid the other apartments that they would see, when I sent them a copy of 3 money orders showing where I paid the other complex and he had the nerves to say it was only two even though they were on the same piece of paper. I had everything transferred over there lights,phone,dsl,cable and was assesed fees by doing that and now my children and I are left without a place to stay. The lady had told me to bring a 400 deposit and I went broke behind getting that together as well. I wouldn't reccomend those apartments if they were holding my life support plug in their hands.
