Well, firstly, I have to say that the complex is not quite bad. I would give it a 5 out of 10. First, the good...the style of the complex is cute. It's more of a bachelor pad than a family setting. It has quiet down a lot because when I first moved there were kids running everywhere. I mean, the sidewalks are very narrow and the kids do not have anywhere really to play...except around the swimming pools or parking area. That's not good. The closet space is very tiny, although it says large closets. I am in a 2 bd townhouse and the rooms upstairs are even smaller than the closets. The ceiling fan rattles to the point I have to keep it on low. The walls are papaer thin...you can hear your neighbors copulating. It has a bad roach problem because even when maint come spray, I still have roaches. Management has changed numerous times. I know I did say the good first, but really the good part is the maintenance guys do respond quickly. I am moving out now...but I am still happy for Vanderbilt Court being there and approving me when I needed them...so it depends on you situation. If you need a spot quick...they will do.
