This property is the worst apartment I've ever lived in, they have roaches badly and when you bomb they still don't die the property is infested and you have to really look when your being shown a model...look in the cabinets, under the sink, in closets and somewhere your going to see a dead roach and when you ask them if they have a bug problem they tell you just about everywhere in texas has roaches which is a lie, I've been in Texas four years now and out of the other apartments I lived in I never experienced this problem. They told me it was not a bad problem that they just had thier property treated for the bugs and I wouldn't have that issue upon my stay at the Vanderbilt...LIE!, I had to break my lease and move the bugs where so bad but before I broke my lease they moved me to a different building in the complex saying that one needed more treatment and I still had the same problem. Not to mention the manager Constancia or whatever her name is, is very rude and unprofessional and she gets mad when you complain about her roaches. THIS IS A WARNING...DON'T MOVE HERE!!!!!!!!!!!UNLESS YOU DON'T MIND ROACHES.
