Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2004
I lived here for a year right after this place opened, 2003-2004.
Not cheap, but a pretty good deal for a huge, nice apt. Some strange design choices and too small windows in the living room, but otherwise, not much to complain about.
Well managed.
One issue: even on the 6th floor, the traffic noise on Fannin was LOUD, especially the buses. On the other hand, no noise at all from the other apts.
