Management does not live up to the luxury prices. Crime is rampant - burglaries, car thefts, etc. Residents are rude, inconsiderate, yell up and down hallways, blast music (so loud it is loud THROUGH the concrete walls), and scream in the parking lot (which echoes through the entire complex) and hallways at all times...oh, did I mention the repeated prank fire alarms set off by residents' Common ways smell of feces and sewage and are visibly dirty. Parking is a mess. The surrounding areas are full of homeless people and others who harrass you if you set foot outside the apartment complex. The residents you live with aren't much better either. Need more reasons to waste money here'
