For what the Ventana costs, you could get a much nicer place in a better area. We live on the first floor, where the only thing that separates our balcony from the street is a screen. Homeless people sleep on a bench right outside our apartment and beg for money all the time. The apartment also smells like mold. The fire alarms constantly ring and the parking is awful if you have 2 cars. It has a nice internet cafe but 2 of the 3 computers have nanny's on them so that you are restricted from viewing many websites (including retail). The gym is small, but always smells nice and is 24 hours. If you must rent at the Ventana, see Eric, who is much nicer than the other front desk girls.
