It's the little things.

I searched for a long time to find an apartment I would like. The Ventana's appeal began to wear off the moment the lease was signed. I live in a One Bedroom study, yet we only get one parking spot when we were told we would get two. We were called and told the specials were different than quoted. After threatening to not move in they honored the quote. On the move-in day the cleaning lady was still working when I started moving stuff in. The fire alarms go through boughts of multiple daily false alarms. Probably the most disappointing thing is these apartments are the nosiest I have ever lived in. When the lady next door wears heals we can hear her walking. For what we are paying, we should not have to deal with the noise. Bottom line, if we can't get a top floor unit by the time our lease is up, we're out of here.
