Moving here was one of the biggest mistakes I've ever made. Even the apartments around town that I was checking out told me they had heard horror stories about this place, but I thought they just wanted me to lease from them. I originally signed a short term lease for three months with a friend doing a summer internship Downtown, and somehow it turned into a 13 month shaft job! Granted, it is my fault for not getting a copy of the lease, however, I didn't think much of it when I was told that the "copier was down and they would send me one later." Shame on me! Regardless, my one ally on the staff has left. It usually takes 2 phone calls to get maintenance to come out, can't sleep in too late because of the noise outside and security gets paid to do nothing. You have to drive everywhere because Fiesta is the only place within shouting distance. It's a beautiful structure, once they find a management company that gives a damn about their residents, it may be worth something.

It may be a bit late for this, but I had a similar problem with the leasing office staff "forgetting" about a free month of rent because the copier was broken. Any thoughts?
