How a four star hotel should be run

The staff and management are very attentive; they seem more like four-star hotel staff than and management than people who work in an apartment complex. In fact, I often call Ventana a Hotel because of the look and feel.
I have had a couple of problems and they were fixed the same day.
North side is probably the worst to live on yet I do not find it very bad, just on weekends at around nightfall it may get a little talkative outside.
The staff make you feel like you are the most important person in the world and the people in the apartment complex are very friendly.
I just wish people would not slam doors.
Edit:
I am moving before my lease ends because I found a job in Fort Worth Texas.
The Ventana staff is excellent. I have had one problem and it was fixed ASAP. I have Three months left on the lease and the staff let me off in the least expensive of ways . They understood perfectly that I could not miss the job opportunity that I was given and were very gracious. Edit due to an email: By this I mean they allowed me to keep paying the rent until the lease ends we did not negotiate, it proved less expensive for me that way. Do not get silly ideas that they did something special. They have a business to run and the staff at the Ventana run their business very well.
I do wish the location were better. The San Jacinto apartment side is too noisy and only for people who are heavy sleepers.
Although it is close to a homeless shelter the homeless keep away for the most part thanks to security. But I do not believe this is a place for a family because of the outside influences.
If the Ventana were next to the Galleria Mall this would be the best place in Houston.
The area is improving but slowly yet is heavily policed; crime stats are low compared to the rest of Houston with mostly the Homeless causing problems to the Homeless.
This has been the best apartment experience that I have ever had despite the outside influences.
If you are single, have a car, and have a tolerance for real city life then this place will be wonderful for you plus the characters around the place may give you some great stories to write about if you are a writer.
About the fire alarm complaints written about the Ventana, I have a low tolerance for noise. I have lived there since April and have only heard the fire alarm five times. I believe two of the times it was caused by rowdy behavior and drunken stupidity according to the letters we received afterwards.
Thank you Nancy, Cloe, and Cory.
