We recently moved in and we love the place. There were a few minor things that needed attention when we moved in, but they were taken care of as soon as we reported it. I like the area because it feels eclectic, which makes it interesting to me. we have not been here long, but so far our experience has been great.

I hope you didn't move into my old apartment! 4218 got burglarized a few months ago. Also, you might want to check in the guard office to see if all of the security cameras work. As of February, many of them were inoperable, despite the fact that the management touted their security as top-notch. As of February, I was not aware of any plans to fix them, which one would think would be a priority, as the neighborhood is a bit seedy. I would recommend that you ask the management about that, because the property is not very secure. To give you an idea, our apartment was the one with the balcony overlooking the garage entrance, and the burglar who climbed onto our balcony (20 feet from the security guard, twice) was not caught on camera, due to broken cameras. To the best of my knowledge, the burglar was never apprehended.
