This month makes one year for myself at the Ventana Midtown and have had a wonderful experience living so close to town. The area that surrounds the Ventana can seem a tad bit intimidating but have yet to run into any problems. Once inside it feels like living in a Fort. I've gotten to know the security guards and they seem to be worth their salt. They even stuck around during hurricane Ike (which was about 9 months ago). I DJ so i play my music loud and at all hours of the night and yet to have any complaints. The Maintenance crew (---- and -----) Big ups 2 them for taking care of my mishaps in a timely and professional manner. Ex: my washer and my A/C. the leasing staff is friendly and informational. Saturday mornign breakfast is always delight when i can wake up on time. This place is great. Most of the people that live here seem to keep to themselves but friendly when they need to be. I wish the gym was a tad bigger and updated but it get the job done. the cyber cafe with free WiFi and printer access i use on a regular. So i took the time out of my busy day to give a good rating to the Ventana Midtown.
