Verandah at Centerfield

My first apt experience From: J2CHAN Date posted: 1/24/2007 Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2006   I enjoyed my stay at the Veranda until they changed management. The new management were rude alot times when you call for something and would not relay maitenance messages in a timely manner. They didn't make the holidays seem special by decorating the apts nor did the maintenance keep up the yard. I had visitors over who were surprised at the way the grass was so dead. The front of the apts are very nice overall and it is a quiet prpty besides the hospital with sirens. I love the design of my apt and the square footage for the price as well as the convenience of the shopping centers and restaurants. Out of 1-5 with 1 being the worst, I give the Veranda a 3.
