Verandah at Centerfield

I really enjoy it here! I do have give it to everyone when I say the parking is horrible!!! My husband works late some nights and drives around the complex until he finds one. We finally did something about it and are really glad we did. We went and got two covered parking spots for a really good price. The manager said with in the next month they are really going to be doing something about the parking! I really hope so. The office manager has changed. He is really nice. The office staff is always plesant when my husband and I go in there. They know who we are and remember what apartment number we are in which I believe is more personable. I want to take this time to thank them for helping us when we transfered into a bigger apartment. Each of you were a great help. Maintance is pretty good. We really havent had any issues. The only thing is when our smoke dectors were beeping all the time when we first moved into our new unit but that was taken care of within a day. In our old apartment one of our cabinets were falling off and it was taken care of in a very timely manor. The only noise I have to deal with is the neighbors above me!! But it is apartment living and you can not totally sound proof an apartment. The people above us do have a young child so it is understandable. If it was all hours of the night then I may have to complain,lol. The older couple I lived next to in my old apartment were alot worse. They would vacuum at all hours of the night and their kitchen shared a wall with my bedroom and they would slam cabinets at all hours of the night. they were completely RUDE and did not respect thier neighbors. One time I even found them standing right in front of my door and there was no other doors around us. It scared the crap out of me. I do have an issue with the gates! But if people quit breaking them. I dont blame the office staff at all I would get sick of having to fix them all the time too. All and all this is a nice place to live. The apartments are up to date, the staff is nice, the maintance isnt an issue. GREAT location!!
