The staff member, er I mean resident, below me who said it's an apartment so of course it's going to have noise, is full of s*** because I have lived in 5 other apartments and have never had to deal with these kind of noise problems. I can hear my neighbors alarm clock. I can hear their conversations even when they are not yelling! I can hear their annoying kids playing outside at midinght. I could go on and on...and with cheap, crappy construction and poor insulation comes sky high electricity bills. I have gone through three electricity companies (thinking the problem was them), and even though I live in the smallest apartment, my bill is never less than $300 a month, no matter how many lights, etc. I keep off. Save your time and your peace of mind...unless you enjoy being "that nosey neighbor", because this is the place for you! Otherwise, run!!

this is exactly how it is!!! and they are right about the person below ... it is not that great at all!!!! the gates problem is both management and the other people... management needs to get someone new in here to fix the damn gates!!!! put new ones in!!! stop fixing the broken parts.. hell they make PLENTY of money to replace it!! the construction is horrible!! and the paper thin walls/ floors.. the neighbors below us bang on the floor when we barely walk across the floor sometimes!!!! and when my kid plays during the day they bang on the floor... thats how bad the walls are apparently when we cant even have our 2 year old play because we might inconvenience them dwnstairs!!!
