Management- worst I've ever seen. Who the hell hired them. My 5 years old daughter could probably do a better job. All they do is sit around, smoke, and act like they're working. They would not return any call or email. You'll have to come in atleast 3 times to even get their attention. I only talked to Crystal once, so I have no problem with her. She's a hot piece of ass to look at. All the other workers can shove it up their ass.
Apt is very poor structured. The pool might seem "nice" but it's always filled with bunch of drunking redneck. Pool hours are til 10PM, yet they're out there hollering and shouting at 12AM every single weekend. One of the staff live right by the apt, but yet to say anything about it. Basketball court is a joke. who the hell open it til only 6pm. Dont you know that most of us work til 5' we do not want to play right after we get off work. And when we do play, they call the cop to kick us out because they didnt believe we live there.
There are always roaches and bugs in and around the apt. It's really sadden that we pay for pest control when nothing happen. I probably killed more pest then they do.
A/C always break down. It's never cold in the apt. The electricity bill will always be high no matter what.
parking- hahaha you can just forget about it. I got towed from my own parking car cover. it got it back for free, but it wasted my time.
gate is always broken. there are no security at all. people coming in and out. my car was broken in twice.

moving out- thank god i moved out in august. well i got a bill sent to me for 500. my apt was "dirty," carpet "was dirty." it's all bs. I hired people to come and clean my apt before i moved out. I was there. you guys took my deposit and bill me for another 500. Isn't the deposit there in the first place "just in case'" if anything you can keep the deposit. And for the record, the apt was spotless when i stepped outside and walk to your office to handed over the key. i was hoping for a walk through, but you say "no it's ok. everything is taking care of. you don't have to worry about it."

KARMA IS A -----. I HOPE ALL THE MANAGEMENT GET WHAT THEY DESERVE.
