It's a good location, with great amenities......when functioning.

The Good:
-Lap Pool is Nice (but children often play in lap pool) (and there is no Hot Tub/Jacuzzi)
-Fitness Center has some decent equipment (but rules of fitness center are not enforced)
-Movie Theater looks fabulous (but not worth using)
-Pool Table is high quality (but no pool cues to play with....children often mess up table and accessories)
-Abundant Parking in Multi-Level Garage (but poor parking on ground floor garage)
-DVD Machine downstairs has some new titles

The Bad:
-Parking is bad on Level G (many unregistered/uninspected cars taking up space. These cars are rarely ever moved.....some have no license plates, or out of state plates, or dealer plates)
-Halls and walls of Midrise are filthy (however, management is promising to repaint them)
-Elevators are broken down very often
-Fitness center has many children fooling around in it, and trashy tenants working out in swim trunks!
-Someone is throwing a party at the pool or social center every week! Guests are often disrespectful to property
-During hard rain, the complex smells foul due to Bayou Water
-Highway is extremely loud
-Tenants allow their dogs to poop everywhere (even where pets are not allowed to be)
