Versailles Park Apartments

good 2 years here From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 5/29/2004 Years at this apartment: 2001 - 2003   I lived here for 2 years and was satisfied with the experience. This complex is in a good location if you want easy access to major highways and don't mind a 10 minute drive to anything interesting in central Houston. I felt safe, for the most part, but was careful at night. The grounds are well kept and attractive. My roommate and I were annoyed by the incredibly loud fountain that was just outside our third story apartment, and our garbage disposal didn't really work, but those are relatively small complaints. We did grow more concerned about crime in the general area, but this property didn't have as much crime as other properties nearby. Tenants tend to keep to themselves, so this is not the place for you if you're looking for a social atmosphere. Overall, the management was consistently responsive and friendly, and I would recommend this complex.
