I have been a resident for fours years. Three years ago my ground floor apartment was robbed of over $3,000 worth of belongings. During the daytime! I was moved to another apartment by management but my rent has been increased every year sense. I feel nothing has been done in the area of protection for residents and I only hear of more crime in the area. I could go on about the grass cutting and the parking by why bother. I will not be renewing my lease.
