The maintenance and complex is nice. But what bothers me is the occurences of crime/house break-ins now and then. And the last two times it happened just when the gates were broken down and not fixed for about 4 days. Sad that the management doesn't do anything about this crime (which happens during daytime too). Just sends in letters saying security is the work of law enforcement organizations, etc. At least change the gate code now and then, make changes to the maintenance/cleaning crew, and have atleast some get together organized for residents to know each other. Else many will leave unhappy.
