I love Versailles Park. I've lived there for over a year and a half now. For the area, the price is definitely competitive. It's way cheaper than its sister properties like San Marin or San Melia. All the rooms have been renovated so it's nice moving in with new paint, new fixtures, new appliances, and new carpet. The crown molding and different paint colors are definitely a step up from the drab white/off white paint other places have. The staff has always been pleasant to me and this place is definitely pet friendly. They even have a treat jar just for dogs! I love living here and I love the layout. I did feel uneasy when Ike hit and the fences were blown down but they've fixed everything and I feel super safe. Parking has NEVER been a problem although I've always lived in the back part of the complex. The maintenance staff are always punctual and never come in unless the residents have been notified first. Although there are cheaper apartments in the area, they are ghetto and your appliances are so old, you probably waste more money on electricty of energy deficient appliances. Anyway, hope this helps!

Editions from the author: Though I did enjoy most of my stay at Versailles Park, there are quite a bit of issues that have come to my attention and I've made the decision to move elsewhere. First of all, their gates have been broken for several months... ANYone can get into our apartments now. I used to feel very safe in this complex but after recent personal events with a neighbor of mine and management's response to their issue, I have changed my mind. I now truly believe that management are selective in which residents they choose to be nice to which is very unfair. Although overall, for price and availabilty, I would still recommend this place to others, it would be a far weaker recommendation than before. The new residents they've been allowing to rent here look very questionable and a lot of the friends we met here have moved due to the problems mentioned above. It's sad because they held such promise but over time, I guess even they make mistakes.

I agree seems as if the leasing office wrote this! This is hilarious.. what resident is going to write that it is competitive compared to it's "Sister" properties LOL. Thanx leasing office. You made me want to look elsewhere.
