we have been here TWO years AND NOT BY CHOICE the last year!!! When we signed the lease for six months there was a typo WE found later that contracted us for a WHOLE YEAR MORE!!! GOD WHERE TO I BEGIN!! first of all the manager, IS racist, and has a trashy mouth. She AND her staff speak to you like you are not worthy of living here and make you look stupid when you need something. WE ALL are late witht he rent sometimes but damn, i had never felt more saddness in my life than the day she locked me out for $100.00!! She does not have the skills to make this apartment complex look or feel like a nice place to live. We have over and over asked that little things be fixed, we have asked BIG things get fix...NOTHING! there is MOLD in the kitchen cabints from a leaky pipe' (which there always is a problem with the water) anyway their way of fixing it was putting plywood on the mold! the sewer backed up and spewed on the carpet, their way of fixing it was to move my whole family to another apartment, a smaller and more expensive one on the other side of the property, instead of changing the nasty carpet' (less expensive I think anyway we hired someone private to atleast get the stink out) HMMM there is too much to note! My only advice is...GO BACK DONT EVEN STOP IN TO SEE THIS COMPLEX IT IS AN OFFICAL DUMP!! WE ALL DESERVE BETTER. so to my fellow residents keep your heads up and lets just stick together and live in peace until we CAN GET OUTTA HERE!!

It is illegal for the manager to lock you out of your apt. By law if she locked you out she has to make the key available to you 24 hours a day. All the things she has done to you and everybody else needs to be reported to the houston housing authority and the texas attorney general. Know your rights as a tenant in Texas!

Thank you for responding. I plan to go door to door and get others opinions and petitions for helping our community. This manager needs the boot. We need a manager that will listen and take careof our needs. I bet that if these apartments were in the GALLERIA we would NOT go through all this. I have heard from other tenants the horrible things they go through just to live safer and just be at peace here. If you have any suggestions please tell me. We have another year here and I can NOT take the way this manager disrespects my WHOLE family and myself especially in front of other people.

I know how you feel... I used to live there and trust I'm glade I'm gone.... and the manager is something else.... The only thing she cared about was getting that rent money....
