Vanessa B, I wonder if you live in the same building in live in or was this all over the complex because, I too had no hot water. When you wake up in the morning to get ready for work, and can't shower, it's a problem, an inconvience. The potholes are horrendous. I definetely agree with your view as a new renter at Victoria Place. But as a resident of over 5 years, it's even worse. When Victoria Place was under Lincoln Property, the grounds were beautiful, the parking lots were clean and without holes, the water worked, maintenance was constantly seen on the grounds doing something, helping, cleaning, fixing. When the complex began to change hands that is when it went downhill. We started getting eviction notices, horrible service if any because they fired our dedicated maintenance workers. We knew them by name and you could see them outside and ask them to come change a lightbulb and they would without question. Henry was such a sweetheart, even when the new company fired him, he still came back to check on the older residents. This new leasing company surely needs to step up.

I received a notice on my door stating I owe some money but it did not state what it was for. So I called the new manager and she couldn't tell me. She said the balance was from the "old" management company and she would have to research and call me back. Well, no phone call and they put another notice on the door stating it is due "today". Do they really think I am that stupid to pay for something and not know what it is for? What is the name of the new mangement company? Also, driving through the parking lot is like driving through Beirut.
