Hello my name is Kim and I am the new resident relations manager at Victoria Place Apartments. I have been at this community for 6 weeks, but I have been an apartment manager for 17 years. Victoria Place is a quite and remote community. It is set apart from all the others due its unique features. It has towering oaks and lush landscaping, it is positively a must see and once you do you will most likely lease immediately. We at Victoria place have and excellent staff in place. The maintenance is wonderful and works hard to ensure that all work orders are completed in a timely manner. The assistant manager and I strive to make sure that all concerns are addressed and everyone has a home in a community that they can be proud of. In last few weeks Victoria Place has seen some improvements. We have added more landscaping to our already plushy landscaped community. Parking lot repairs are currently in the process and we have many more improvements that we are considering.
We would like to thank each resident here for making our community your home and we would like for you to understand that we do our best to try and make sure everyone is happy. We do have one staff member that lives on site, but the rest of the staff have large families and can not live on property due to the largest apartment is a 2 bedroom and only holds four occupants. Each staff member would live on site if it was possible. The inter office runs with one full time manager and one part time assistant manager, so there are times when it is an inconvenience for you.(like: making work order request or picking up packages) But we do try to take our lunch break when the office is slow, sometimes that means that we do not get a lunch until late afternoon or occasionally not at all and there are times when the office is closed due to us showing a prospect the community. Once again we would like to thank each person for being a resident at our community.

I put in a service request, over 2 weeks ago, & it still has not been done! I had to beg for a new a/c because my old one when it was on was 30 degrees above normal! I now have 3 service request out but the new manager could care less if you have something broken! My dishwasher is rusted and only run on 20 minutes, my oven is totally rusted out they don't care and (when you bake cookies half of them come out burned!)Now tell me why you should move here when I have fire ants in my living room ,and the new manager said she will not get pest control for 2 weeks!(I told this manager on Sat & pest control comes on Mon but because of the holiday it was Tues.) FIND SOME PLACE ELSE TO MOVE THESE ARE SO OLD THEY DID A BOTCH JOB ON THE PARKINGLOT THEY SHOULD HAVE RE- PLACED THE WHOLE PARKINGLOT THEY ARE CHEAPSKATES! Go see Landry's parking lot it looks great compared to here!
