Hello To all,
I have been a resident here for several years and I have yet not seem to find anything wrong with my stay here. Yes, the community is old, built in the 1979-79, But I can tell you this that the community is very well kept. The grounds are always clean, the gates are always working and the office staff is great! I can't express myself on how I am great full for our manager and all the staff here. This is the first time that I have seen a lot of improvement since the arrival of Lena the manager. The outside maintenance staff has always taken great care and always completed the work the same day. I don't understand the comment below, LENA and CANDYS I'm so sorry that we have someone here on our community that feels that way. I'm quit positive that they've must have been a mistake along there. *a suggestion to the RESIDENTS; anyone who has a complaint about their apartment MUST report to the office otherwise how are you going to get things fixed' Now I know Martin and RAMEL well enough to say if there was something that needs to fixed it gets done. Just because another community did not take care of you don't let that spoil your stay here at this place. I call this place HOME and will call it home until GOD permits it. THANK YOU OFFICE STAFF for your GREAT and hard work and for your care to the residents. FINALLY we have great staff I hope ya are to stay permanently!
I had a friend who went to visit the office for prices and she felt that she was treated like a QUEEN. She will be back in may to lease with ya, you won her heart!
what JOYFULL NEWS! I think she said she spoke to Candice. Any who, My lease is up in june and I sure will renew my lease!!!
