Do not move here!

Grounds have dog poop all over them. There are loose dogs running around. Yea, I'm talking about the poodle that lives by the pool. I'm also talking about the chihuahua that runs around too. There are dogs well over the weight limit, but management will ignore them if you're nice to them. If you're not, good luck. The gates do not work all of the time. For whatever reason, the outgoing code is changed from time to time without a notice. So when you leave in the morning, you can't leave by the outgoing gate. You have get out of your car, go through the walk out to the outside of the complex, punch the incoming code and then drive your car through the incoming gate once it opens...if you can run fast enough to your car. When you come back after work, the outgoing code is back to the old code. Also, the gates sometimes stays open over the weekend. I'll come back at 1 or 2 in the morning and one of the gates is open. Not very secure and it won't be fixed until management comes in again on Monday morning. If you're an older person, do not move here. The sidewalks are all uneven so you may end up tripping over a crack. Also, there are cars that drive through the complex blasting music at 3 in the morning. I'm assuming they're coming back from a club or bar. In addition, on Saturday nights and Sundays when management is not around, people tend to park their cars and blast their music. Well, I'll say something positive about the place...it has a blue pool.
