IT S SAD HOW PEOPLE WITHOUT KNOWING THE REAL FACTS CAN SIT THERE AND JUDGE SOMEONE. NO COMMUNITY IS PERFECT, EVEN IF WE LIVED AT A NEW APARTMENT COMMUNITY THERE WOULD BE PROBLEMS.
SINCE WE MOVED IN THE GATES HAVE ALWAYS WORKED, IN FACT THIS IS THE ONLY COMMUNITY THAT I'VE LIVED WHERE AMAZINGLY THE GATES DO WORK. YES, THEY DO LEAVE THE GATES OPEN DURING REGULAR BUISNESS HOURS AND CLOSE AFTER BUISNESS HOURS. I KNOW THIS BECAUSE I AM A STAY AT HOME MOM.
WE HAVE BEEN LATE AFEW TIMES WITH OUR RENTAL PAYMENT AND WE HAVE EVEN HAD THE OFFICE FILE AN EVICTION ON US ONCE, AFTER READING MY LEASE AND TALKING TO THE MANAGER I UNDERSTOOD THINGS BETTER. LUCKLY, MY HUSBAND PULLED SOME STRINGS TO GET PAID OVERTIME AND WE WERE ABLE TO PAY THE FULL AMOUNT INCLUDING THE LATE FEES AND THE EVICTION WAS CANCELLED.
THE RESIDENTS THAT HAVE PETS KNOW THE POLICIES ABOUT PICKING UP AFTER THEIR PET HOWEVER CHOOSE NOT TO FOLLOW THE POLICIES OF THE COMMUNITY. SEVERAL NOTICES AND ARTICALS HAVE BEEN IN THE MONTHLY NEWSLETTER ASKING RESIDENTS TO BE RESPONISABLE PET OWNERS AND PICK UP AFTER YOUR PET.
I VE LIVED HERE FOR SEVERAL YEARS AND I KNOW THAT THE PREVIOUS MANAGEMENT TEAM HAD THE SAME PROBLEMS. AT SOME POINT AND TIME WE AS RESIDENTS SHOULD TAKE THE TIME TO REALIZE THE MANAGEMENT TEAM CAN NOT BE HELD RESPONSIBLE FOR WHAT AFEW UNCARING RESIDENTS DO OR SHOULD I SAY CHOOSE NOT TO DO. I FEEL THAT THE CURRENT MANAGEMENT TEAM IS DOING A GREAT JOB AND I SHOULD KNOW I HAVE LIVED HERE FOR SEVERAL YEARS AND I VE BEEN THROUGH AFEW MANAGEMENT TEAMS. I THINK WE SHOULD ALL SHOW A LITTLE MORE APPRECIATION.

There was no need for insults. Just becausse I am a stay at home mom doesnt mean that I don't know what's going on here. If that were to be true about the gate codes constently changing ONLY ON "WEEKENDS" wouldn't you think their would be KAOS on monday with residents calling and complaining about that??? I've been here for several years and I can honestly say that this has been the best mgmt team so far. Mgr is very blunt and very out spoken, she says it how it is. WHY WOULD MAINTENANCE CHANGE THE GATE CODE??? MAKES NO SENSE!!!

I agree, makes no sense. Why would management do that? I live here too and I work graveyard on weekends and I have never had a problem with the gate codes or with the mgr or any one from the staff. This seems to be an agree resident that just likes to stirr trouble in when there is none.

I am with the rest of these guys. I have never had a problem with the gate codes or them bein open at night. Ever thought about the fact that someone may have just entered the complex!!!!! This person makes no sense!!!! No problem sin the 8 months i have lived here.

I didn't say the gate codes were changed on weekends. It actually happens during the middle of the week usually. Do you know how I remember that? My roommate leaves every weekend and doesn't come back until after work on Monday. She leaves before me Tuesday through Friday for work and she calls me to warn me about the gate. Therefore, the gate code change occurs sometime Monday business hours through Friday morning. I've actually seen a school bus driver have to leave the bus and go around to punch in the incoming gate code to get out of the complex!!! Also it's not maintenance changing the codes. It's Candys that accidentally changes it. In addition, I said that the gate was open during nonbusiness hours and not just during business hours like the reviewer said. I've called about the issue before and they already knew about the problem before I called. Last point is that I never insulted you. I just said you probably don't leave for work in the morning. How is that insulting?
