WELL HERE AT VICTORIA PLACE HONESTLY THEY HAVE A REALLY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. I CALLED A COUPLE OF TIMES ALREADY AND ALL THEY DO IS ANSWER AND HANG UP IF YOU GUYS REALLY WANT TO LEASE APARTMENTS YOU'LL REALLY NEED TO BE PAYING MORE ATTENTION TO THE PHONE. I REALLY WANTED TO LEASE AN APARTMENT WITH YOU GUYS BUT NOW THAT I SEE ALL THIS AND SEE HOW CUSTOMER SERVICE IS, NOT WILLING TO DO IT ANYMORE SORRY JUST WITH THAT I CAN ALREADY SEE WHAT TYPE OF ATTENTION THE RESIDENTS GET IN THIS COMPLEX. THANKS, HOPE NOT TO HURT NO ONE.

I've been living here for over a year now and have experienced very good customer service. Management is very polite and most concerns are addressed in a reasonable ammount of time.
