I've been living here since 2003. Location is great, floor plans even better, but management is questionable. there's been many management changes since i moved in, but the current is the worst. the property is deteriorating rapidly and there is no sign of improvement. careful at the time of signing the lease, they tend to rush you through the process and won't give you time to read the details.... â.. they don't include the deposit in the lease but when brought up, they were very reluctant to make the changes. they will charge you left and right for everything. I have this strong feeling that they lie they way out when they have to explain the charges they makeââ. Security' There isnât anyâ.. and is getting from bad to worst..
