billing for gas water sewer trash
where is the meters for gas an water.

It allocated utilties! Its not sub meters ( individual meters ) like a house. Its approved by the Texas apartment accosiaction and each resident pays virtually the same, depending on size of the apartment and number of people in the apt. And you dont even pay what you are suppose to pay, the apt complex caps it off and picks up the diffence.
