great price for a great location From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 2/29/2008 Years at this apartment: 2008 - 2008   I've been here for 7 months and have no big complaints. The square footage is phenomenal for the price. Some unsavory youths hang around and leave their beer cans and bottles around, but the staff come by everyday and pick up all the trash. Max in the office is great. Lots of newer high end condos and apartments being built all around the area, so the neighborhood is on the rise. I'd recommend with no qualms at all. I think the old management was slack and that is why the earlier reviews are negative.
