The staff that opened the property were fabulous, the staff that took over the month I was moving out have been mediocre. They refused to due the walkout when I turned in the keys even though I offered to wait all afternoon for them to find the time. Hopefully I'll get my deposit refund in due time.
I lived on the third floor facing the pool close to the mgmt bldg and the traffic noise from Hgwy 6 seemed to come right to my apartment. Hard to sleep with constant headlights and engine noise coming thru bedroom windows.
Was disappointed with the actual size of the "lap" pool; was miffed about people not being able to put their trash in the actual dumpster, but would rather set it on the side, or when they would set their trash just outside their car doors when they would be driving by the dumpter to exit the property.
The absolutely best features of the apartments were the 1.washer/dryer hookups, 2.the private patio, and 3. seeing the wild rabbits along Hempstead Rd in the early morning by the railroad tracks.

Most apartment communities will do a walk through a couple of weeks before you move out. That way they know what will be needed to turn over the unit for the next occupant. Also, I'm sure you knew the Highway was there before you moved in.......

LV7506 is obviously the smart --- employee who is part of the management-free office. The defensive responses just keeps showing intent of making excuses rather than solving the problem. What a shame.
