This is actually the 2nd time Ive lived here and Im really wanting to kick myself in the butt for signing another lease.

About 2 years ago we rented here for 7 months, I paid out the lease because I went to school full time.

Now, it has seemed to go downhill since then.

I can never contact the office staff and get an answer right away, they always have to "call me back" in which half the times they dont.

The answering service after hours is a JOKE also.

Ive had one emergency call late one night and they didnt take it seriously, telling me I will need to contact the office the next day....uh, what good are you then' Ive had the leasing office tell me lies that theyve gotten caught in (of course then having to reword what theyve previously told me to cover their butts).

I do have to say the maintenance guys are pretty good about coming in and fixing any problems.

However, that does not make up for everything else thats horrible about these apartments.

Safety, omg are you kidding me.

there is nothing safe about these apartments.

we were on the news last week for a shooting at one of the apartments bc someone tried to rob a tenant.

I am looking foward to my lease ending and moving into a complex worth the amount of money Im paying monthly for this dive.

Parking, let me tell you...there isnt any.

Hope you get a carport if you lease here otherwise youll be hiking to your apartment.

Although some dumb a** parked in my assigned spot the other night, of course nothing was done about that even though I called to have it moved or a to have a sticker put on it.

The next morning I woke up and it was still in my spot with no sticker on it.

Oh, I also want to mention the spiders in my apartment are ridiculous.

Ive called the office on numerous occasions and the response I got was, "Hmmmm, I dunno, maybe you have a nest inside your apartment." Well thats lovely...I should ask if theyd like to pay rent too.

If you would have read the first line in my comment, I said the apartments have gone downhill. They werent bad the first time I rented. I have spoken to the office staff on numerous occasions about issues so again, you dont know what your talking about. Yes, I do have a monitored alarm system but that isnt the issue, ppl still break in. How does a criminal know if someone has an alarm system or not? Just because you have a monitored alarm doesnt make a place safe. Again, I have had our apartment sprayed inside for pests and Im still having problems. I also stated in my review that I have a carport...I also have 2 cars. What responsibility issues are you talking about that I need to take care of? Ive done my part. Please do not comment unless you can back up what your saying because you obviously dont know what your talking about. So unless you know of my situation, shut the **** up!!!

If you were so unhappy the first time, what possessed you to come back a second time? Take the time and the effort to speak with the office staff personally. Make sure you get a response to your requests before you leave. As for the security issues, DO YOU HAVE A MONITORED ALARM. They are available in this facility. As for the spider situation....you a monthly fee for extermination services. Schedule a time to have your apartment taken care of. I am also sure that every apartment that is rented comes with a carport (unless you rent an apartment with an attached garage). Take some responsibility for your self and don't blame everything on someone else. This facility is better than a lot of others in the same area.

Sir don't Entertain this anonymous person...It is the office staff trying to make you look stupid when in fact all that your saying is true. You ppl at Villa Toscana the roach infested hole know that your old apartments suck you are NOT the best in the area or even close...You lower your rents to lure people in...Because any GOOD product would not have to lower their prices as low as yours to get qualified people in. Soooooo please with your lack of marketing experience don't go there you don't even know who has what around you...The ones across the street are pricier but you you get what you pay for.

I agree. The office gets on here a lot posing as tenants. The monitored alarm they talk about isnt monitored by anyone. It just lets out a noise if your door is open. Most people just ignore it if they hear it. They do give you a parking spot, I live in building 22, my assigned spot is in front on, wait for it, building 12. So, Not only do i not see my car at all dring the night, which is when all our cars get broken into even with security, I have to literally walk 10 minutes to my apartment. Try doing that with groceries or in the rain. I have called for 6 months to get a new one and all they tell me is nothing is available and they will let me know when it is. This place is HORRIBLE. They will tell you everything over here is, but there are million dollar homes a quarter mile away, nothing happens there. Its the trash they just let walk in off the street coming from the ghetto areas of Houston with 99 bucks and bam, they have it. No qualifications, no checking, nothing. i know that, because thats how they did me. They didnt even check my credit, criminal, nothing. I walked in and was approved.
