Kids are not allowed to ride bikes on sidewalks or comman area. You can display an personal items outside. You have to pay water based on the units together not by just your usages. They are nice when you move in and don't want to talk to you after wards. They will not return your deposit, so don't count on it. They will make up accessive charges to keep it all. They probably receive the deposit themselves if they work to keep it. How else do they make money. HIgh traffic they had to install speed bumps.

Hmmm... About kids - I totally support that kids should not be allowed to play in the driveways. I have toured this property yesterday - drive ways are very narrow and there are many sharp corners. I live in a way more expensive rental townhome community now that is predominantly rented by married copules with kids. even though the drive ways here are wider - kids playing in the drive way - is a tragedy (lawsuit) waiting to happen. Thre is a park nearby - parents should take time and take their kids there. As far as the deposit is concerned - have you filled out the inspection/inventory form when you moved in? With the deposit being $500 - I start to doubt whether I want to move into this community - if they really do screw you out of your deposit.
