The man is always using profanity to either his wife or daughter, so loud that even with the patio door closed you can hear him. Apparently he likes attention. He will go out on his loud muffler motercycle as late as 10:30 PM. There are times he leaves in his SUV and return home late at night with "rock" music blasting. I work sorted hours so he is home at all times, maybe he's retired, but we can't have our windows up or patio doors open for either his loud cursing, loud TV or his over-grown size two dogs barking at every little thing. And yes they have "ran off" it seems the best tenants next door to them. Why management allows this, I guess we will never know. My deposit was $1,000 when I moved in and I have not put up one picture on the wall, however I have read here before where some folks could not get their deposit back, I imagine I will need an attorney also. I passed by the apartment this afternoon and I am thinking it was #907, but I may be incorrect and its #906. Either way I think all the neighbors are familar with this couple. I am glad to know someone else has heard and seen this. I thought it was a phase this guy was going through.

Have you voiced a complaint to management? I think I will be dropping off an anonymous note after the loud cursing he was doing this morning. He knows he is loud, because he will do this then stand on his patio-deck as if he is proud of what he just said to his wife calling her all sorts of names, then he stands outside leaning on the rail as if he's waiting on an aplause. Yes, the complex is usually quiet and peaceful until they act up, which will be when I am in town atleast twice a week. And if I didn't mention before he seems to constantly blow his nose so loud it sounds as if he doesn't have a sinus passage. If he and his wife are into the white powder, then that would explain why he can blow his nose so hard and loud. These folks need to relocate to an apartment complex where this is the norm. I don't speak to them and I am confident they know that when they carry on like this they probably see me peeping out my window blinds. And would figure its me that complained to the manager in person. Thanks, now I know I am not the only one tolerating this.

It is really appeasing that you as an attorney represent your career and our community by intervening in the most negative manner. These homes are temporary homes, definitely not permanent and we all simply want to come home to peace and quiet. Who will you represent when you place this web site note on their front door...the victims or the perpetrator ? We did not put ourselves at risk by approaching these folks, however you are taking the liberty to place us at risk. I doubt these people will be watching us...they are too busy disrespecting my space, yours and it is apparent it does not matter to you. Law Enforcement (HPD) read this web site print out and found it difficult to believe that an attorney would place he or she into endangering others lives by "placing a note on these folks door." HPD Sgt. stated that he is willing to wager you will definitely leave this website notes and of course your business calling card. Attorneys beat the pavement for clients, and it is not surprising.... I will not have a problem filing charges on your aiding or accomplice to a crime. As stated, “the best tenants have moved.”
Being in law enforcment and speaking with management. Anonymous notes on the tenant's front door is not professional and may cause someone to get hurt according to management. Thank you for your provoking interest.

All your accusations that insinuates activities you cannot prove will come back to bite you. Keep these messages going, it only makes their case stronger...see you in court.
