Bad From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 3/7/2005 Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2005   I can hear every step my upstairs neighbor takes. The walls are then and poor insulation. The management is the worst I have ever dealt with. Really, don't even think about living here. Its is too expensive for the quality.
