The worst complex I've ever lived in From: unhappyatthevillage05 Date posted: 6/7/2005 Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2005   First of all the Richdale Group are a bunch of thieves, you will never get your deposit back from these guys. The parking is horrible for you and if your ever gonna have guest, for get it. The year I was there, they had so many vacant apartments. The maintenance is horrible. I was without air condition for two days without any accommodations and rent deductions. When you move-out they charge you for every little thing, holes in the wall, carpet indentions, you name it. The office staff changes constantly, and you can forget any assistance from those guys. I wouldn't even let my worst enemy live here.
