Don't do it!

Living here has been AWFUL! I can never get management to call me back, and they're never in the office during regular hours. The few times I have been able to speak with the staff, they are extremely rude.
Besides that, the air conditioning and heating never work and leak all over the bathroom floors. The ventilation system is such that I can hear and smell everything that my neighbors do. Not to mention the awful smell of the bayou. And when something goes wrong (which is often) it's very difficult to get management to fix it. If they do, it usually takes them months to do it correctly.
Figure into that, that they write into the contract that you may not end your lease early under any circumstances (even if you've been offered a job in another city), and you may not find anyone to take over the lease.
The ONLY benefit to living here is that electric is paid.
Getting an apartment here is only asking for trouble. Please do yourself a favor and find somewhere better!
