RUN! Dont make our mistake. From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 7/24/2008 Years at this apartment: 2008 - 2008   Paid 45 dollar app fee, no problem, was shown the "model apartments", they seemed nice so we sat down with Kim, told her what we needed due to my disabilities. No problem she said,took our 200 dollar deposit and finally contacted us with an apartment that was not at all what the model apartments looked like and not what we had told her we needed. She then informs us thats all she has and for us to wait until something came empty,she would let us know, meanwhile our lease is expiring and time is running out. We then called and told them we could no longer wait and please return at least half of our deposit so that we could make other arrangements. Oh no! They arent returning anything, even though they could not meet our needs. This place is a scam. The apartments are not at all what they represent them to be. We were told new carpet and appliances, haha, if you consider 1980's new.
