by the time you move in everything will be great till you need something from the office. Those lazy worker, don't get anything done. I had called them about maintenance problem and no one seemed to care, so i had to do the next best thing and call the city of Houston for them to come to my apartment and fix a leak. They only fix the visible, please, dont rent here. One of the entire buildings, the white building were out of AC for a month and they still charged them full rent high electric. The property is not safe at night. You will see the police here quite often, responding to calls, and you know who loves to call the police on their own tenants, yes VILLAGES AT MEYERLAND. Not worth all bills paid. THERE IS NO PARKING FOR GUESTS or second vehicle... if you like walking... Our living room is connect to a master bedroom for our neighbors, so no people over. Laundry machines suck.
