Well for starts..any aprtment complex you visit will be soooo nice to u , Until you sign that lease.
We all can relate to having promblems, with a pass nieghbor or manager.
So for the insane reviews talking about....
villagio management is so nice....cut the crap.
Not everyone have a pleasent visit or neighbor.
So by telling you this , allow my to share my experience with the ohh so nice complex.
Im not a tenat who has been kicked out or on the verge of getting kicked out.
First and foremost, there are roaches that are taking over in my apt.
Ive called and placed my name on the list to have my apt sprayed every chance I get, and they still are all over the apt.
So being on westheimer doesnt mean they dont need pest controll.
Second at first the office staff is really nice, until you keep calling or coming by to get them to do their JOBS!!! then they have attitude, that doesnt sound like good customer service to me.
My neighbor on the other hand lives under me, and he plays his music to 5am every morning not joking..yes ive called the police and reported him to the office, but what do i hear until 5am any way...his music not any music (house music)...Third lets talk FLEAS yes FLEAS...
Im assuming sense the complex allow dogs and cats fleas are also taking over, we will see them pop up around the apt every once in awile but thats enough when you dont have a pet.
They also allow all dog types...PITBULLS that looks like they will eat u alive given the chance.
So writing this review will not do any justice for me cause my lease isnt up until 2010...but i would like to help others who dont have a clue with what they are getting their selfs into, what u will pay a the villagio apts, could be very well spent on something nicer.
Cause it not the size that matters, its the quailty.
and they just dont have it.

Dear office staff member who wrote this response, its very funny how the minute someone write an review, you guys are all on it. No wonder i cant get you guys to fix anything thing cause you sit your fat A** on the computer all day trying to get vistors to like this roach infested complex. The reviews speak for them selves. Also take some writing lesson, because ( I be) and (Me thinks) really says alot about you. If this review is so fake, try walking towards the back of the complex and you will find a African American family with pitbulls. They walk them daily. And from the response ive must have really touched a button, or sporke the truth...maybe luck next VILLAGIO

Dear Mercedes Benz, Me thinks you needs to put the crack pipe down before you be writing a review on the good people of Villagio. Maybe if you be cleaning your crib more than once a year, you would not be living with bugs. With a name like Mercedes Benz, I be surprized u aint living with ur own Pit Bull. Seriously, this be smelling like a fake review.

Speak with the Tenant's Council Lawyer. If you email him, he will definitely respond. I have done so several times. Just look up Houston Tenant's Council. Good Luck!!

You know as much as you people talk about the Villagio being so bad you guys are still living there, and yet there are plenty of ways to get out of your lease if you just tried. I know I had issues with the Villagio because of all the staff changes but now its really pretty nice and I know that the staff there really does have there hands tied sometime. You guys act like they own the damn property they are "WORKERS" "EMPLOYEES" just like you and me at our jobs now you know if someone came and told you to do something at your job you would try but there will always be someone in a higher position that lays the law, so why would you take it out on the one who really has no say so. Please you guys really just need to check yourselves before trying to talk bad about someone who is just trying to do there job. Now i will admit i dont like all the staff there but i deal with it because i love my apartment.

Wow... mercedes22benz84, how are you going to correct some one else's diction when you clearly have limited knowledge? Second, the majority of the office staff are LAZY. Ligia is a very mean spirited woman and Laurie is too busy playing fake to get any real work done! Victoria is the only one who has helped me out, with actual results.
On to the Pit Bulls... please leave these poor dogs alone. Dogs are not born bad, they are raised bad.
The roaches, rats and fleas are a major problem. Not to mention the landscaping gets worse the further you descend into the complex.
However, there are no holes in the roof or walls, the place is kept relatively free of trash, and the price is o.k.

I went by there today and I talked to Lorie and she told me her life story, about being on Crack and everything, Mind you I just visited the complex for the first time to just inquire about the place and this is what I got. It looked very nice from the street, but they did not have any apartments to show. Please tell me the truth about these apartments. I am a single mother of two boys and I am relocating from Austin. Please help if you can, thanks

I lived there for 3 1/2 yrs. I loved my apt and the location. I broke my lease because my apt was burglarized, only to find out it was someone I knew. I wish I had never moved. I never had a problem with the staff...as a matter of fact, I was late on rent a couple times and they didn't charge me late fees. They always tried to help me any way they could and, yes, Vickie is great! :) Also, I was one that had a pitbull on the property. I am grateful to the maintenance guys for being so friendly and acknowledging that my dog (8yrs old now) is a good dog and would never hurt anyone nor would I give her the chance! It's not a bad place to live at all and I am actually considering going back! Just be weary of the crime, you ARE on WESTHEIMER!! DUH!

Bunch of -------- comments! HORRIBLE! HORRIBLE! HORRIBLE! As soon as my lease is up in Aug. I am out of this piece of crap. Bats, possums, non-adequate security, fleas, reaches galore, horrible laundry, neighbors fighting, building falling apart (built in 60s, never really renovated), mold, lying staff, noise, burglaries, dog crap, sub-par maintenance, gnats, broken exercise equipment, did I mention lying staff, broken mailboxes, leaks.....BUT THE POOL AREA IS NICE & THERE IS FREE COFFEE!
