I moved in recently and I must say that everything has been great for me. My apartment is wonderful, my neighbors are cool, and the office and maintenance staff treated me like a queen. Maybe the new manager has something to do with this or maybe it's just me. Anyway, it goes I love this place. 5 Stars for The Villas!

I decided when using this site that if management writes in pretending to be a resident to either "praise" the new management or insult the residents for speaking the truth about their experiences, I'd keep looking elsewhere. You can write in and say you're the new manager or leasing agent and that you're working for improvements, but don't blow smoke up my *ss by pretending to be another resident. It bodes poorly when I'm lied to before I even step foot on the property, doesn't it?
