Not only have I heard of around 10 car break-ins and thefts in the 1 yr I've lived here, but my roommate and I were robbed as well by 2 men with guns to our heads and the management said we made it all up.The police dept. confirmed that the CVS down the street from Villas was robbed by 1 of the same men who robbed us and still mgmnt does not care. Ppl are afraid just to walk to their cars at night and mgmnt doesn't know b/c none of them live there. It's insane. Sure, the apartments look great and are off the beaten path, but unless I turn into a Power Ranger any time soon, I'm moving out. The management is the problem. and something needs to be done before something extremly terrible happens.

Carla... you are insane. You and your annoying mom. You made the whole thing up. There is absolutely NO truth to your story about the "events" of that night. Oh, you remember.. the night that your EX BOYFRIEND (not an armed stranger) attacked you in your home! You are silly and immqature and we HATED you in the office because you are a snotty little -----. Whew.. that felt good!

Okay fatties, your complex has a 36% rating. The only thing I can say you ppl in the office are smart about is NOT living there. What you sweep under your rugs will surface without a doubt. God took care of me and my boyfriend that night and we are so blessed to be alive.

I am the roommate that was also robbed that night. I was in the parking lot with my friend when we were forced to enter our apartment at gun point. We have no reason to lie about the robbery. Several nights later my friend had his rims AND tires stolen off of his lexus. This place is a crime infested residency and I warn everyone to stay away. The management refuses to take responsibility and are creating their own version of the story. Speaking of "immqature", why do you think the people are being so defensive. Most places would offer to help catch the crooks, instead of trying to incriminate their own tennants and accuse them of making up a story. Who would do something like that?

Gosh - I'm just shopping complexes in this area and now that I see the office's response to that review, I am passing this one up. Not only have I seen the issues this place has, I have seen the retards who run it aren't very bright when dealing with the complaints. Maybe Alliance should get on the offense and fire some people. Plenty of good apartment managers in Houston.
