Terrible place to live

Allow me to list the ways:
Constant burglaries and attempted kidnapping stretching from Feb 2009 to present.
Unprofessional lease office that NEVER returns phone messages/email. I don't know why I bother leaving them.
Dismal parking situations. The covered parking and garages are so overpriced that no one buys them and the uncovered parking is insufficient to handle the tenant traffic. I find myself walking almost 1/4 of a mile to my unit... where kidnappings occur frequently.
Effectively non-existent insulation between units. I hear my neighbor above me while he urinates.
Along those same insulating lines, expect a summer electric bill of >$300/mo for a two bedroom unit. That's with the A/C kept between 78-80.
TERRIBLE bug problem. I call them to spray every week and they SAY they do, but I never can tell.

Electricity is based on each person's usage and their electric provider that has nothing to do with the property. As well there has never been a kidnapping on the property...where are you getting your info from? Maybe if you clean your house you wouldn't have bugs...just things to think about.
