Negative reviews a joke! The place is off the hook... From: 11secFOX Date posted: 5/16/2007 Years at this apartment: 2007 - 2007   I really don't know what in the hell all of the fuss is about. I have never seen the trash piled outside of the trash compactor as of yet, but, I don't take out the trash every damn day either. I keep 2 full size trash cans in my garage and only make my trip to the compactor when they get full, and when I do, the compactor has always been operational. So, I dunno... As far as the front gate thing always being broken yea ok, this does happen, I just laugh at the retards waiting to sneak in. Why get worked up' Petty stress if you ask me. The only time I had to contact the front desk is when I needed my password put into the front gate for my guests in which they handled right on the spot. The office management has always been super cool to me and just like when my cable wasn't connected to the right outlet from the previous resident, they insisted on fixing right away in which the second I got home it was all up and good. All of my needs have been met more than I could ask for. The place is always super clean, pretty quiet, save for my car which I do feel for whoever lives above me but hey, with all of the sportbikes and muscle cars on my end I doubt anyone cares. My neighbors are young and super cool in which I've helped out many times. People are always walking around at night with their pets and spouces and are always super friendly to me. So, all in all, I guess all of you who hate it here, you've just got some bad luck, and if that's the case than just leave, as I always say if you don't like something bad enough then change it your damn self. Make room for others who will appreciate the grounds. And as far as the rent, hell, I don't mind paying because the high prices make it harder for the real trash to move in. If this place ever falls below 900 for the 1 bedroom then I'd be worried... And man is this place bright at night with all of the lights on the sides of the units, it could be 4am and you'd think the sun was out, lol. But all in all, I love it here, and I'm not going anywhere for a long long time. :D
