The management when I first moved in was great, Shanna, Mike and Katherine. I don't know why they were let go. Things went downhill after that and they got really bad
last year. I blame the owners for hiring people like that. One lady especially had no customer skills. It would behoove the owners to allow the customers to voice their opinion, they could offer a P.O. Box where customers can write to. I am a firm believer that when things are bad in a company it is usually the owners fault. Things did get turned around though and I signed up for another year. Management now does a great job. The grounds crew and maintenance crew all do a great job. They seem to work hard and things like the gate or the trash compacter brake once in a while, but it may well be the fault of people stuffing big boxes in the compacter or running into the gate. Landscaping does need work, there are also some dead shrubs
and trees. Overall the apartements are very nice, I like the direct entrances and not having hallways makes it a lot safer, there is plenty space between the buildings and the neighbors are very quiet. So, I'll stay another year.
