Responsive staff. Safe community. Northside backs up to industrial business and a lot of noise comes from that starting before 6:00 am and often past 9:00 pm so be aware. The grounds and pool are very well cared for.

Villas at Huffmeister is great. They have valet trash, the community is peaceful, the staff members are professional, and maint. completes orders quick. I wish we could do multiple payments on our rent.

Parking is horrible!! Management allows non-operating vehicles take up parking spaces whether broken down or have expired stickers. Yes, garages are available for purchase but for an additional $200 month with your rent payment. Will not be renewing my lease!

After living in my own homes for over 30 years, moving into this community was actually very smooth. The staff is very friendly, the property is well kept and I feel pretty safe. My overall experience so far has been a good one.

My living experience at Villas at Huffmiester has good. The staff (Kimberly) has been exceptionally great to interact and communicate with. The maintenance staff is really good at responding in a timely manner. The community is a nice place to live

I like it here. I can park my truck in front of my apartment and don't have to drive around looking for parking space. My neighbors are quiet. I'm happy with the new air conditioner. My light bill has been cheaper now.

We enjoy living here , however , we wish the maintenance and upkeep on the pool was better along with needing Our bedrooms carpets replaced , they say only when u move out they replace carpets , that's so not right , very unsatisfactory!

Great except the rent goes up a $100 dollars a year. I'm not going to be able to afford rent in another year. Everyone seems to be nice and friendly. One loud neighbor who revs his car engine late at night 2am.
