Villas at West Oaks

WHAT' From: michaelpresley@elvis.com Date posted: 5/20/2004 Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2004   i referred a friend to live at Villas. I like it here, the apartments are beautiful, the services are great. I attend the social functions that they have and i work out with the Personal Trainer they have for free. Unlike the other places i have live the persoal trainer is for real. He is the stronges man in texas and a former WWF wrestler. anyway back to my friend i referred. THey were approved to move in and cancelled. They cancelled because of the ridiculous junk that was written on this website. I had never even heard of this site until they told me. Now i am mad. Because people like those that have no life or whos life is so pathetic that they have to try to bring down everyone else for no reason, my friend is not moving in and i am not getting a resident referral fee of $700.00. If you don't like the people that live around you, refer new people, these people pay you $700.00 for each new person you send. i have now been paid $1400 not including the $700 that i lost because you the ridiculous whinny stories that are written on this site. The other two people i have referred love it here also. 1) Gun Range - The gun range is about 3 miles away in the middle of a 6 million dollar park that is maintained by the Army Corp of Engineers. You couldn't hear the guns even if you had some kind of james bond listening device. My friend who is a Houston Police Officer and lives here goes there frequetly. They have a shooting range, they shoot clay disks...it is a freaking recreational sporting area provided by the state. this park also has horsback riding, biking, fishing, hiking, the Millie Bush Dog Park. I guess the person that wants to move because of the shooting range would also want to move because people can let there dogs run free in a fenced in park 4 miles away or she would rather have people having target practice in the parking lot. Hey lady there is gunfire in the streets of new york, you might want to move from the villas of west oaks, after all it is only 1700 miles away. 2) Crime: YOU LIVE IN HOUSTON TEXAS one of the highest crime rates in the country. My friend that is a Houston Police Officer stated that the main crimes that occur here are domestic related. (exboyfriends breaking into girlfriends apartments etc) and that the other apartment communities in the area have much higher crime and they don't do anything about it. the owners of this property put up video cameras around the property after the crime, he stated the other communities have not done anything. you can tell that the same person has written a few of these reviews. to this person and the others that have written. Get a life or buy a house and you run the house the way you want to, I would love to see how nasty and poorly maintained your house would be in comparison to the place....i like it here and the people that refer like it here.
