Villas at West Oaks

DO NOT MOVE HERE! From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 5/26/2004 Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2004   I repeat, do not move here. It is totally the hood. I moved here expecting decent professionals. Instead, it is full of bangers, unemployed people and etc. Went to Management about 2 months after my lease and asked how much to get out. They stated they would accelerate the rent and etc. The pool is a haven for 50 friends of one resident. It is loud, you have minors drinking and it is scaring off the good folks that would like to enjoy a decent time by the pool. I agree with a previous post. Most of the unattended children are the kids of the management. Running around at all hours of the night. Oh, if you want to see black or brown skin, come on down. Eventually some of the guests of a tennant, if they are, will get naked, flash or what have you. Not a good investment for my near $1,000 I am paying a month. Can not wait till my lease gets close to end! I am outta here! Nancy (manager) is decent, but never does what she says she will do as far as limiting number of guests per tennant. Oh, and the beaters on blocks, yep, they are here. Caveat Emptor if you view this place!
